Uncover your "good enough" self! I work with individuals usually on a weekly basis, where we address relationship issues, depression, anxiety, shame, compulsive and repetitive behaviors, building self-esteem, multicultural issues including inter-generational oppression and immigrant issues, healing from rape and sexual assault, complex trauma, as well as various other traumas.

My work with couples explores the specific dynamics you’ve created together, how you can better communicate with one another, and address issues of finances, parenting, division of labor, sexual satisfaction, and much more. I work with both opposite-sex and same-sex couples of diverse backgrounds.

EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is an evidence-based treatment for shock trauma and developmental trauma. When a trauma occurs it becomes locked in the nervous system with the original picture, sounds, thoughts and feelings. EMDR uses eye movements or other bilateral stimulation to unlock the nervous system and allow the mind and body to process the experience.
