The office is bright, sunny, and centrally located - close to public transportation and right off the HWY 80 Powell Street Emeryville exit. The building is geared towards Health and Wellness and the office suite has four other experienced MFTs. Both office and suite are fully furnished with a break room with fridge, microwave, printer, copier, WiFi, and some supplies. There's a small parking lot for clients, and street parking is unlimited unless it’s a street sweeping day. The waiting room is large and comfortable.

It's available all day Tuesdays beginning September 11. $180 per month covers all the Tuesdays in the month and includes amenities and utilities. Rent is due by the 25th for the following month. I'm asking for first and last month's rent. The space is 8 feet by 16 feet.

I'm looking for a responsible and respectful therapist, counselor, or coach who works with individuals and/or couples. It's not really equipped for families or children.
